Our Wild Yam Cream supports natural hormone and mood balance. It helps to support your body to produce the "happy hormone" progesterone and is suitable for all ages from the time menstruating begins. It is also suitable for Men to help support hormone balance.

We recommend using Wild Yam Cream regularly (as per instructions) for 2-3 months minimum for optimum results.  Some women have told us that they noticed the effect the cream was having when they stopped using it (and then quickly restarted!). See 'How To Use' below for specific usage instructions.
